Just for reference. I am coordinating events now(5/11/11).  This welcome letter for 2009 will give you a feel for the DC Supershow, but events will change.

The 2011 Welcome letter will be posted on the website in August and handed out to Exhibitors and Weekend Traders at the show(with registration packet).
