1. Exhibitors will have assigned tables Saturday and Sunday.  Overnite security will be provided only on Saturday nite.  There will be no security on Friday nite.   Both ballrooms will be open on Thursday and  Friday but your assigned tables will not be announced until Saturday Morning.  During the preshow(Thursday and Friday), each exhibitor is entitled to 1/2  a table for  each full table they have reserved.  Weekend Traders are also entitled to 1/2 a table on Thursday and Friday

2. Show sponsorships available including pizza parties, bags, lanyards,…..(table placement could be related to show sponsorships and past participation).

3. There is a hotel charge for packages sent to the hotel.  See the Sheraton website for details
